Registrations and Fees > RegistrationRooms in hotels and student housing facilities have been prebooked by the organisers. Please book preferably in those accommodations while registrating to the conference. Two different payment options Online payment or bank transfer In case of online payment, your registration confirmation, receipt and hotel booking will be sent to you once payment has been received by the organisers.
If you have chosen the bank transfer, an invoice will be sent to you including your registration and your hotel booking if applicable. Registrations will be confirmed once the payment is received by the organisers. |
